Gout Relief Fast
Is There A 10 Minute Gout Cure?
Whilst there are things you can do for immediate gout pain relief, there is nothing that will cure gout in 10 mins.
You need to take preventative measures to stop gout flare ups from occurring in the first place rather than thinking there is some magic pill you can take after you have an attack.
But there are steps you can take for immediate gout pain relief.
Relieving Gout Pain
At the onset of gout attack you will need to;
- Take a tart cherry supplement, clinically proven to wash uric acid from your body.
- Take a turmeric supplement, clinically proven to have anti inflammatory properties.
- Avoid any type of sweet drink and alcohol.
- Put an ice pack on your joints to reduce the swelling.
- Limit any type of stress on the joints.
- Drink a lot of water to flush out your kidneys. I repeat, drink a lot of water.
- Elevate the joints.
Doing these things will give you immediate pain relief for gout.
What Is The Cause Of Gout?
High uric acid levels caused by a high purine diet in your blood is the cause of gout.
This will usually have been building up for a while so it will take time for an attack to pass.
Most gout flare ups will last between 5-7 days. However, I’ve had one that lasted 7 weeks. You really don’t want that, believe me.
What Is The Medication For Gout?
There are preventative gout medications you can take such as allopurinol but this website is dedicated to natural gout treatments.
How Is Gout Diagnosed?
You will need to get a blood test to check for high uric acid levels before your doctor can confirm you have gout.
Gout Prevention
Drinking water and taking tart cherry and turmeric supplements are things that you should be doing anyway to prevent a gout flare up in the first place.
You need to educate yourself on the causes and symptoms of gout and what gout foods to avoid.
High purine foods will produce more uric acid in your body which will eventually result in a gout flare up.
So you need to keep on top of it at all times because people with gout can develop even more severe conditions like:
- Recurrent Gout: Some people don’t experience gout symptoms again, but some may get severe and frequent symptoms.
- Advanced Gout: If gout is left untreated, it may cause deposits of urate crystals to develop under the skin.
- Kidney stones: urate crystals can be collected in the urinary tract of people suffering from Gout and cause kidney stones.
But don’t be downhearted. Gout can be cured or at least kept at bay. Immediate pain relief for gout is possible but managing attacks is more of a preventative method than a 10 minute gout cure.
